FocusFlow Privacy Policy

Visionary Computer Solutions (“we,” “us,” or “our”) built FocusFlow as a Pomodoro focus timer. This policy explains what information the app handles and how.

Summary

FocusFlow is designed to work mostly on your device. We do not require you to create an account. Your focus sessions, stats, and settings are stored locally on your phone.

Information stored on your device

The app may save information such as:

• Timer and break duration settings
• Session history, streaks, and daily goals
• Optional task names or labels you enter
• Notification and sound preferences
• App settings you choose

This information stays on your device unless you choose to share it yourself (for example, by sharing a weekly reflection).

Information we do not collect directly

We do not ask for your name, email address, or phone number to use the app. We do not operate a login system for FocusFlow.

FocusFlow uses a small number of third-party services:

Advertising

The app may show ads provided by Google AdMob. Google may collect device and usage information to show, measure, and improve ads. This is handled under Google’s own privacy practices.

Crash reporting

We use Firebase Crashlytics to receive anonymous crash reports so we can fix bugs and improve stability. These reports are meant to describe technical errors, not the content of your focus tasks.

Notifications

If you enable notifications, reminders are scheduled on your device. We do not send notifications from our own servers.

Your choices

You can:

• Turn notifications on or off in the app settings
• Turn sound effects on or off in the app settings
• Remove locally stored app data by uninstalling the app

Children’s privacy

FocusFlow is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above.
